- The first step is melting White Chocolate. Melting White Chocolate is kind of like an art. I love melting white chocolate. But, it took me quite some time to master the art of melting white chocolate. Below You can learn how to Melt White Chocolate Like a Pro.
- Once your White chocolate is melted and is looking silky smooth, dip your graham crackers in it. I tried doing it with my hand, but it was getting messy. So, what I did was place my graham cracker on melted white chocolate. And, then I used a spoon to cover my graham cracker with white chocolate.
- I picked out my Graham Cracker from melted White chocolate using two spoons, tapped on the edge of the bowl so that excess white chocolate drips off.
- And, finally placed them on a baking sheet. White Chocolate gets frozen in an instant. By the time I was finishing up with my last graham cracker the first few were completely set.
- Now I crushed my red and white candy canes and sprinkled them on these White Chocolate covered Graham Crackers.
- And, then I let them sit at room temperature for 15-minutes until the peppermint got stuck to my graham cracker.
- Lastly, I used the remaining white chocolate and added a drop of red food color into it. Adding a drop of red food color, gave them a gorgeous red hue.

- First, grab as much white chocolate you need and place it on a baking sheet with some butter. Pop it in the oven and keep stirring at every 30-second increment. INGREDIENTS
- 10 Oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting wafers or White Chocolate Squares
- 14.4 Oz Graham Crackers 13 servings of Graham Crackers
- Crushed Peppermint Candies
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe, medium-sized bowl at 30-second increment. Keep stirring after every 30-second to make sure your white chocolate is silky smooth.Once your white chocolate has melted. Open the freezer door, place your bowl in the freezer and keep stirring with the freezer door open. The cold air of the freezer will bring down the temperature of melted white chocolate. Ideally, it will be ready for use when it is at 80F or 27C.
- Dip one Graham Cracker in white chocolate and use a spoon to coat it with white chocolate completely.Now use two spoons to take it out. Tap on the edge of the plate to drip off excess white chocolate and place it on a baking sheet.
- Now top with some crushed peppermint candies.
- Now just add one drop of red gel food color in the bowl of remaining melted white chocolate. Stir well until it's completely red and silky smooth.Use a fork to drizzle this over your white chocolate covered graham crackers. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until completely set. And, then enjoy!
