🥘 Ingredients and Substitutions
- BEET - I like to use Beet here. I have shredded the Beet in food processor. It gives the perfect color and shape to these burgers
- WALNUTS - You'll love the nuttiness in these Burgers
- OLIVE OIL - To grill the Burgers
- ONIONS & GARLIC - I have used chopped red onions and garlic. You can replace with Onion and Garlic Powder as well.
- SALT & PEPPER - To season the Burgers
- FLAXMEAL - This is what will hold the Burgers together. Just combine 1 tablespoon of Ground Flaxseeds with hot water and let it rest. It will soak up and thicken. Its the perfect replacement for eggs in Vegan Burgers.
- CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS - This is the best replacement of Panko Breadcrumbs. Also it builds the flavors.
- VEGAN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE - You cannot have Burger without Worcestershire Sauce.
- YELLOW MUSTARD - Another must in every Burger
- SOY SAUCE - Helps build the flavors
- KETCHUP - Use my recipe for Keto Ketchup if you want to. Its healthy and so good.
- MAPLE SYRUP - A hint of sweetness goes a long way to build the flavors.
- HOT SAUCE - Use my recipe for homemade Hot sauce if you want to.
- LETTUCE, TOMATOES & ONIONS - To make the Burgers
- HAMBURGER BUNS - Use healthy Gluten Free Hamburger Buns

- You can easily skip the Saltine Crackers and use Crushed Ritz Crackers or just some Panko Breadcrumbs as well. It really helps hold the Burgers together.
- You can replace Beetroot with Lentils. Lentils are the perfect replacement for Ground beef, You can use Brown Lentils or Green Lentils.
