    Vanilla Chia Pudding

Vanilla Chia Pudding has a sweet and nutty flavor to it. This is one of the easiest Chia Pudding recipes. Also this is a Vegan Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Nut-free dessert recipe. The Chia seeds are soaked in Coconut Milk and when they turn lumpy and Pudding like, it is topped with some chopped white Grapes, Banana slices and Dark Chocolate Shavings! Sounds yum! Trust me it is! Also check out my Mango Chia pudding recipe which is a summer favorite!

    Let's talk about the Taste

This simple Vanilla Chia Pudding has a nutty flavor to it, even if there are no nuts used in this recipe. The Chia seeds give a nice nutty taste but also have an after flavor of Vanilla which is just so so so good. Also, the Grapes provide a nice balance with its sour taste, while the Banana and Coconut Milk adds to the sweetness of this Vanilla Chia Pudding.

    A DETAILED VIDEO

    Vanilla Chia Pudding

Vanilla Chia seeds Pudding makes for a healthy breakfast or snacks recipe. Also, it helps with weight loss. There is a lot of Dietary fibers and Plant-based protein in Chia seeds which makes it perfect for people who are on a diet. It gives a feeling of fulness while still being low on carbs and calories. However, you should not have it regularly as the high amount of fiber might induce digestive troubles in some people.

How long should you soak Chia seeds?

Chia seeds can be soaked for any amount of time you like. You can soak it overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast or you can soak it and just enjoy it an hour later. It really doesn't make much of a difference with the number of hours you put it for soaking.

Do you add sweetener in this recipe?

Ideally, Yes! Chia Seeds Pudding is sweetened with either Hiney or Maple Syrup. However, since I wanted to make a Sugar Free Chia Pudding, so I have used neither of those. I think it's a good idea to use sweet fruits to flavor your Chia Seeds Pudding rather than using artificial sugar or even honey or Maple syrup for that matter.

Do you add Nuts in Chia Seeds Pudding?

I didn't! But you can. You can add any Nut you love like Almond or Walnut in your Vanilla Chia Seeds Pudding. You will jus thave to sprinkle it on top of your Pudding when it's ready to serve.

    Let's talk ingredients:

Chia Seeds - Chia seeds are one of my favorite go-to ingredients when I am making a dairy-free dessert. My elder child cuts out on dairy so whenever I am making these Chia Seed Pudding, it's almost always for him. Chia seeds soak up the moisture of the Coconut Milk and thicken it. This makes for a delicious Pudding recipe. Also, Chia seeds are high in fiber and help in weight loss. Taste-wise, Chia seeds have a nutty taste to it. They provide a nice bite and are perfect adding to smoothies, cakes, and of course Puddings.

How to make Vanilla Chia Pudding

First, mix the Chia seeds with the Coconut Milk. Take about 2-3 tablespoons of Chia seeds and add to it 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk. Mix these two and keep it covered for 1-2 hours. After that time, you'll see how the Chia seeds have soaked in all the moisture and look like a Pudding.

Add about 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence into it and mix well.

Pour the Chia Pudding in a glass and top with some chopped White Grapes, Chopped Bananas, and some Dark Chocolate shavings. Serve this Chilled.

So, that's how you quickly make this all-season favorite - Vanilla Chia Pudding, easily at home. It's a really healthy snack and breakfast recipe which I'm sure you'll enjoy a lot.
