Tropical Chia Banana Smoothie
- 2 qts Whole Banana chopped
- ¼ Cup Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 3 teaspoon Chia seeds dry
- Chop the Bananas and add to a blender
- Add the Raisins, Rolled Oats and Chia Seeds into the blender
- Add Coconut Milk, Peanut butter, honey into the blender and blend into a smoothie. Serve chilled
- You can also add Dates and Cinnamon into this smoothie
