    Tropical Chia Banana Smoothie is a healthy and energizing summer smoothie recipe. This Chia Banana Smoothie is made with Chia Seeds, Bananas, Raisins, Honey, Peanut Butter, Coconut Milk, and Oatmeal. This Smoothie has a sweet and nutty flavor to it. This is so healthy smoothie. This is a Non-Dairy, Sugar-Free, Vegan, and Gluten-Free Smoothie recipe.

    Taste-wise, this Tropical Chia Banana Smoothie has a sweet and nutty flavor to it. Also, there is a bite of the Raisins and Chia seeds which makes this especially tasty.

    Tropical Chia Banana Smoothie

    Chia seeds are really helpful in making smoothies. It lends a nutty flavor to your smoothie without actually using nuts. Also, for your smoothie, there is no need to soak the Chia seeds. You can use it dry and blend it with other ingredients to make your smoothie. Chia seeds Smoothie are perfect breakfast recipes which will make you feel full because Chia Seeds are high in dietary fiber and plant-based fiber. It gives a feeling of fullness without actually eating too much. Hence, this makes this perfect for weight loss as well.

    I like Chia seeds Smoothie. It tastes nutty and so flavorful. This Tropical Chia Banana Smoothie is my favorite Summer smoothie. I like to customize it with the fruits I have at home. From Mango to Cucumber to Fresh Berries to Dates, it's always fun to experiment with fresh fruits that I have at home.

    Bananas - Bananas bring in a sweet flavor to this smoothie without actually using any sweetener.

    Chia Seeds - Chia seeds are obviously the hero of this recipe because they are used here.

    Coconut Milk - Coconut Milk adds to the thickness and the sweetness of this smoothie.

    Raisins - Raisins brings in a nice bite, chewiness, and sweetness to this smoothie

    Peanut Butter - Peanut Butters adds in a bit of sweet and salty flavor to this smoothie also making it buttery and high in proteins.

    Oatmeal - I have used old fashioned rolled Oats. Oats adds some more fiber to this smoothie, making it all the more healthy and filling.

    Honey - Honey is just an optional sweetening agent. It lends in a nice earthy sweetness to the smoothie.

    How to make Tropical Chia Banana Boost Smoothie

    To make this smoothie, first, chop the Bananas and throw it in the blender.

    Also add the raisins, honey, Oats, Peanut butter, Chia Seeds, and Coconut Milk to it.

    Blend everything into a smooth smoothie and serve chilled.

    There are endless variations that can be done into making this smoothie.

    You can use any fruits you like into making this Smoothie - Especially, Dates, Mangoes, or Fresh berries tastes delicious with this smoothie.

    Ingredients

    • 2 qts Whole Banana chopped
    • ¼ Cup Raisins
    • 1 tablespoon Honey
    • 1 tablespoon Rolled Oats
    • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
    • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
    • 3 teaspoon Chia seeds dry

    • Chop the Bananas and add to a blender
    • Add the Raisins, Rolled Oats and Chia Seeds into the blender
