Substitutions
- Peanut butter - instead peanut butter you can use seeded dates for a caramel taste.
- Sugar Free Sweetener - use any sugar free sweetener you have at home instead of bananas.
- Coconut Milk - You can replace Greek Yogurt with thick refrigerated coconut milk

Storage
Cover and Freeze: Always store ice creams in a covered moulds so that there are no ice crystals formed in the ice cream. You can store this in the freezer for up to 5 days.
Re freeze: I do not recommend re freezing this protein ice cream as it will build up ice crystals in it and won't be creamy.
