How to make Pear Coconut Chocolate Bars
There are just 3 major steps involved in making these Pear Coconut Chocolate Bars!
You start by melting the Milk Chocolate with butter on a double boiler. Be sure to not cook the Chocolate. Just mix until combined.
Combine it with shredded coconuts and chopped Pears and mix well.
Pour this in a 9 by 9-inch baking dish and top with walnuts. Freeze for 2 hours and then cut into pieces and serve!

Pear-Coconut Chocolate Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Milk Chocolate 200gm
- 2 Cups Salted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconuts
- 2 medium sized Pears chopped
- 12 halved Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a double boiler and melt your Milk Chocolate with the butter. Stir until it gets combined. Make sure you do not cook the chocolate. Just keep over the heat until it gets melted. After that, take the bowl off the heat and stir until combined.
- Add the shredded Coconuts and Chopped Pears in your Chocolate Butter mix and combine well until mixed.
- Pour this chocolate mix in a 9 by 9-inch baking dish and even it out with the back of your spatula.Top with walnuts and freeze this for 2 hours at least.
- Cut into squares and serve!
