Peach Pie Lasagna

Peach Pie Lasagna is the sweetest and best Peach dessert which is made with Peaches, Peach Conserve, and Heavy Cream. It's easy and almost a no-bake dessert. You just need to blind bake the lower crust. Other than that, this recipe needs no baking and gets ready in just 2 hours.

It's finally August and this season calls for juicy and sweet peach desserts. Let's kick start this Peach season with this Peach-y Perfect Lasagna.

It's Friday, which means, I am all ready for the weekend. This weekend, it's all about Peaches! And why not! After all, it's the Peach season and I cannot get enough of the tropical flavors of juicy Peaches!

I was looking to bake something with Peaches but these were so sweet and juicy that I thought, baking them would mean dehydrating them of their juices and just using the leftover flavors! And I was so not ready for that!

Then came the idea of this Peach Pie Lasagna. This is not at all like your traditional Peach Pie, with all the hard work. You will enjoy the typical Peach Pie flavors, just minus the effort!

What's your favorite memory of Peach Pie? I just love making Peach pie. It looks so cute and it' so juicy and delicious. Today I'll teach you how to make Peach Pie Lasagna.

This Peach Pie Lasagna will remind you of your favorite Peach Pie with the same juicy and cinnamon-y flavors but pair that with some heavy cream and it's so good! Just perfect for summers.

Peach Pie Lasagna has 4 layers

The 1st layer is that of Graham Crackers combined with Peaches, Peach Conserve, and Butter. This is mixed in the food processor until combined and then layered at the bottom of a 9 by 9-inch baking tray. It is then baked at 350F or 180C for 11 minutes so that it develops a firm golden-brown crust.

The 2nd Layer is of Peach Pie filling. Peach haves is cut into juliennes and combined with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg and kept for about 1 hour so that the Peaches releases all its juices and combined with the sugar and cinnamon. This is layered over the Graham Cracker layer.

The 3rd Layer is that of whipped cream. Heavy Whipping Cream is whipped until it develops stiff peaks and layered on top of the Peach Pie Filling.

The 4th and the final layer is all about the Peach Juliennes and chopped Almonds which are decorated on the top.

Finally, this Peach Pie Lasagna is frozen for 2 hours and then served. To cut proper pieces of your Lasagna, you donot have to keep it out for hours. Just get it out f the freezer. Dip your knife in hot water or just heat it in your stove and cut your Lasagna pieces. You will see, this is the best way to cut out frozen desserts. All your layers will stay put and you will get your piece out in just a minute.

Let's talk Taste

This Peach Pie Lasagna is the best Peach Dessert recipe ever! It's sweet, creamy with the perfect bite of Peaches. The best part is the lower crust. It's not just boring Graham Cracker crust. There is a sweet and delicious Peach-y flavor to it.

Tips on making the perfect Peach Pie Lasagna

The lower crust is very important as this is what will form the base of your Lasagna. So, it is important that you bake it. Baking the crust will make sure that it's not dry and flaky and sticks to all other layers.

This can be made with Apricot or Plum or any other fruits of your choice.

Peaches pair well with Cherries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, and Raspberries. So you can add these flavors in your lower crust as well.

The Peach Pie Filling has to have a taste of Cinnamon and Nutmeg. It cuts out the excessive sweetness of your dessert and compliments the Peach flavors to perfection.

So, this was all about this Peach Pie Lasagna. It's seriously the easiest and the best Peach dessert recipe there is. If you make this recipe, please rate this recipe and comment on your opinions and suggestions below. Also, tag me with #recipemagik on Instagram.
