Orange Banana Smoothie

Orange Banana Smoothie - Zesty, Juicy Oranges bubbling with Vitamin C when blended with sweet bananas boasting of Iron, Vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber makes for an excellent smoothie that can actually help you boost your appetite and stay healthy throughout the day. The addition of Yogurt fills in for the protein gap. All in all this is an excellent smoothie recipe that you can definitely try.

Smoothies have become the new normal today. Not, just normal. They have slowly but steadily shown us how healthy they can be. Starting the morning routine with a tall glass of healthy Tropical Chia Banana smoothie or a glass of Healthy Honey lemon turmeric smoothie has shown significant health benefits. Similarly, having a glass of refreshing Cucumber Mint smoothie with Flaxseeds or a tasty Strawberry Banana smoothie for your lunch or evening snacks has helped people stay full and avoid high carb junk food. Smoothies have taken clean eating to a whole new level. And, I am all for it.

A VIDEO TUTORIAL

Orange Banana Smoothie

Orange Banana Smoothie is low fat, healthy, and energizing Breakfast Fruit Smoothie recipe made with just 4 ingredients - Yogurt, Oranges, Bananas, and Vanilla Essence. Just mix all of these in a blender and enjoy this creamy, comforting, and refreshing Orange Banana Morning Smoothie.

Let's talk about the Taste

Taste-wise this Orange Banana Smoothie has a creamy taste to it. There is also a freshness to this smoothie because of the Oranges. There is no artificial sweetener added to this smoothie. The only sweetness of that of the bananas and it tastes so subtle yet sweet! I love the addition of Vanilla to it. Just makes it feel all the more comforting and festive - something you would love to drink up in the morning and start your day on a happy note!

Let's Talk Ingredients

Bananas - I have used 1 whole Banana into making this 1 glass of Smoothie. However, the numbers are totally up to you. If you like a sweet smoothie you should add at least 2 bananas into your blender.

Oranges - I have used resh Clementine Oranges for this Smoothie. It's so healthy and brings in a wonderful refreshing flavor to the smoothie. If you want your smoothie to be a little sour, then you can add 2 whole Clementine Oranges.

Yogurt - Yogurt is added to add thickness to this smoothie. I think the creaminess in this smoothie is due to the Yogurt. If you are on a dairy-free diet then you can use almond milk or Soy Milk in place of Yogurt.

Vanilla - I have used pure Vanilla Essence in making this smoothie. It gives this smoothie a nice edge and gives it that comforting and festive flavor.

Making this Smoothie is so easy. You just add these 4 ingredients - Bananas, Oranges, Yogurt and Vanilla Essence in a blender and make your smoothie. You can add ice to it if you want it chilled.

So, that's how you can easily make this Orange Banana Smoothie. This Creamy and Comforting Smoothie recipe is not only tasty but is also a healthy fruit smoothie recipe, which will make your morning routine healthy.
