Tasty, Minty and chocolaty Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls make a perfect St Patrick's Day treat that your kids would LOVE.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

If you are looking forward to making a quick St. Patricks Day dessert for March 17th, then I have got the best recipe for you. These small cookie dough balls are something that needs absolutely no baking. It is just making the batter and rounding them into small little balls. These bite-sized balls will create a minty, chocolaty and buttery blast in your mouth the moment you try them. I personally LOVE cookie dough. Since I have put in so much hard work into it. Of course, I like baked cookies but the cookie dough is really tasty as well.

I would choose a cookie dough over a cookie any day. It's less elegant than a cookie, it's still in the making stages but it's so damn delicious. Hence the idea of making small balls of these tasty cookie batters sounds like an exciting idea to me.

I really think that this could make a good treat for St. Patrick's Day since its green. However, I also think that you can make it and enjoy any time of the year. I really enjoy the cool and hot combination of Mint and chocolate. It's like incorporating light and dark for me. Both of the flavors have got their own fan base. And, they are powerful enough to be a hero of any recipe all by themselves. But, when you combine those two, your taste buds feel an explosion of flavors. It's simply amazing.

How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

To make my Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls I have simply used the general chocolate chip cookie recipe. However, I have made sure that I keep the number of chocolate chips in moderation.

I have also tried to maintain a little patience while making these cookie Dough balls. In, you ought to wait for at least 30 minutes before making the balls. This chills the dough and the balls are firm.

I have also added a pinch of salt into my mix because I think salt enhances the flavors of chocolate.
