GINGER SOY CAULIFLOWER

This Ginger Soy Cauliflower is actually something which I thought of on my own and when I made this everyone loved this.
I served this with some Rice Noodles and it was one of the best dinners ever.
I personally have a weakness for Ginger than for Garlic. Although in most Asian recipes Ginger and Garlic are inseparable but contrastingly in this recipe, you only need to use Ginger.
Cauliflower is my answer to all things Vegetarian. Whenever I am having a discussion with my friends the biggest concern everyone seems to have is what is the best alternative for Chicken and Meat. And my instant response to them is Cauliflower.
Cauliflower is my favorite Veggie and the proof is my blog -
Have you tried my Butter Cauliflower Curry or

Cauliflower has the closest meaty taste to itself which makes it taste so amazing with any kind of sauce or glaze.
Also, it cooks even quicker than Chicken or Meat, or Fish.
The Soy Ginger Sauce

The Soy Ginger Sauce is sweet and sticky with a bit of heat from the Ginger. Ginger has that strange taste to itself, which you get bites of as well as it flavors the sauce brilliantly.

This sweet and sticky sauce is one of my favorite Asian Sauces. I like to serve this with Potstickers or Dumplings.
The thing about Chinese Cuisine is that Ginger is used to cutting out on Seafood's Strange smell. Hence, you might have heard of Ginger Soy Salmon or Ginger Soy Shrimp.
Ginger is also said to be "Poor Man's Ginseng". This means that due to the medicinal values of Ginger it is commonly used in a lot of recipes.
And that's so true. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. Whenever I am feeling a little cold, I drink some Ginger Tea and my sore throat instantly feels relieved.
Ginger has a strong and sharp taste to itself, which can be a bit overpowering sometimes. And hence Soy Sauce with its equally overpowering taste balances out the sharpness of Ginger.
Also, Soy Sauce, Honey, Oyster Sauce, Sriracha, and Rice Vinegar are used in making this Ginger Soy Sauce.
