Honey Soy Salmon is an incredibly easy Salmon recipe where we make a sauce of Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, Ginger, Garlic, and some Honey and then pan-sear the fishes on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Let’s talk Honey Soy Salmon Taste

Honey and Soy is an incredible combination. Furthermore, when we add some garlic in it then it becomes so much better. Soy Sauce has that tanginess within itself which when combined with honey creates such a balance of sweetness and sourness that you feel like having it all. Moreover, the ginger and garlic give it a nice crunchy, spicy texture that makes the salmon much more tasty, juicy, and appetizing.
A VIDEO TUTORIAL FOR YOU 🙂
I have been making salmon for a long time now. And this recipe of Salmon was forwarded to me by Mom. She used to make this recipe on days when she would be busy and everyone in the family would be looking at her face for food.

She would go into the kitchen and in less than 20-minutes she would make this excellent salmon recipe and all of us would be soooo happy. Now I repeat the same thing at my home. Whenever I am late for serving food or when I see I am running out of time, I quickly make this recipe. And the reactions that I get makes it even more satisfying. You should give this a try if you are running out of time or you need to cheer up your little ones.
My kids have always loved this recipe because they get joy from food items prepared with soy sauce. No wonder they are a huge fan of Chinese Food. Sometimes I also add a little tomato ketchup just to make it a bit more appealing for my kids.

Earlier I have tried many recipes with this combination. But, today was the time of these juicy salmons. Salmons are so rich in nutrients that If I could then I would make it every single day.

What I love about Salmon or any kind of fish recipe is that you can make the flavoring any way you want and the fishes will soak up every bit of taste within no time.
In this case, the Salmon soak up the goodness of Soy sauce, honey, and garlic and gives your taste buds something that they will cherish forever.

How much should we fry the Fishes?

I recommend not frying the fishes for long. Just fry them at low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes on both sides. They will be lightly crispy and not too crispy.
Why is important to slightly burn the garlic?

I think slightly burnt garlic is an important part of this recipe. Burnt garlic creates a beautiful taste in the recipe which we just cannot avoid. Therefore, I highly recommend that you burn the garlic just a little. Do not turn them black. But light brown or golden is enough.
Why is it important to make this in Sesame Oil?

The Sesame Oil gives it a beautiful nutty taste. I also recommend topping the Salmon at last with some more Sesame seeds so that it enhances its flavors.
