Seriously, guys, this Christmas Cake is so delicious. You will enjoy the fruity taste of this cake.
To balance out the sourness of Orange Juice, I have added Sweetened Condensed Milk and Granulated Sugar. Both of them make it taste so damn good...!

Oranges are in the season, and I have been baking a ton of recipes with Oranges. Starting from Orange Spiced Eggnog Muffins to Chocolate Orange Mocha Cake to Delicious Orange Bars to Brown Sugar Glazed Orange Cranberry Muffins to Orange Cardamom Loaf Cake to Orange Cranberry Muffins to Orange Cardamom Rolls to Brown Sugar Orange Pop-Tarts to White Chocolate Orange Brownies and much more!
After making so many recipes with Orange, I can tell you which flavors pair well with Oranges. I can tell you that Cardamom pairs really well with Orange. And, trust me, If you haven't tried pairing Oranges with Cardamom, you should definitely do that. In this recipe, I have added a few seeds of cardamom. Actually, here, I couldn't find ground Cardamom. So, I broke the entire Cardamom, took out its seeds, and added it to my Cake.

Besides, Cardamom, of course, Cranberry pairs really well with Oranges. You can also add some White Chocolate chips. Because, Cranberry, Orange, and White Chocolate is a fabulous combination.
But, this Christmas Crumb Cake is NOT solely about Oranges. There are so many ingredients that make this recipe so amazing.
The Chopped Almonds, Pistachios, Cranberries add to the fruity and nutty touch and make this cake taste so damn good.
Besides, that, to balance the tart-y taste of Orange I have added Granulated Sugar and Sweetened Condensed Milk.
If you can imagine the flavors, you will literally fall in love with this Christmas Crumb Cake.
How to Make Christmas Crumb Cake?
One of the easiest Cakes to make this Christmas Crumb Cake is so special and in so many ways. First of all, you have that fruity taste thanks to Oranges and Cranberries. Second of all, you have that nutty taste thanks to chopped almonds and pistachios. And finally, that buttery brown sugar crumb topping feels like icing on the cake.

Well, actually it is icing but only in the form of crumb!
- First mix Graham Crackers, Melted Butter, Brown Sugar, and Some Flour in a Bowl. These are the ingredients with which we are going to make the base of our Christmas Crumb Cake.

- I blind bake this at 350F for 10-minutes and then cool it down.
- The second step of the recipe is to make the cake. So, just combine all the dry ingredients. In this recipe, I use both baking soda and baking powder. Along with that, I also add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and some ground cinnamon. These two spices ensure that our cake has a beautiful spicy sort of taste.
- Next, we mix in the wet ingredients. We'll be using Melted Butter, Granulated Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Pure Vanilla Extract, Orange Juice, and Orange Zest. We'll mix them together.

- And then for that nutty texture, we'll be adding chopped almonds, pistachios, and dried cranberries. Since Orange pairs well with cardamom so we'll be adding few seeds of cardamom as well.
- Now, we'll be making the crumb. For the crumb, I like to mix melted butter, with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and of course so flour.

- And, finally, we'll be adding our Christmas Nonpareils for that festive touch. Lastly, just bake this cake at 350F for 30-minutes.
- So, this is how you make Christmas crumb cake.
Replacements/Substitutions for Christmas Crumb cake:
- You can replace Graham Cracker Crumbs with Gingersnap Cookie Crumbs.
- You can also use some Orange extract to get that typical Orang-y flavor.
- If you want you can also add chopped walnuts along with chopped almonds. In short, any sort of nut is important to give your Christmas crumb cake that nutty goodness.
