This Garlic Breadstick reminds me of my early days when I was in my 20s struggling to make my ends meet. Back then I was in college and I used to live in a small apartment with a small kitchen and one small bedroom.
As you can guess, most of my time was spent in that small little kitchen of mine where I would experiment with new flavors and new recipes.
And it is there that I discovered this Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks recipe in Pan. I didn’t have any microwaves until then. As you might guess – I was a young college student with hardly much cash in me.
It is then that I learned how to make something that you really really want with whatever you have.
Once I made this recipe, I would never want to buy it again. It saved me soo much money. And, the best part is that it got prepared in a jiff.
You know how there are times when you are so so so hungry that everything in the world seems to annoy you. This usually happens to me in the mornings when I am getting late for work and I’ve not had anything.
I have seen myself getting irritated at the silliest of things. But, only when I’ve had my food, everything falls in place.
This is used to happen all the time in my college days. Me getting up late. Rushing through the daily routine, quickly making something for myself and heading off for the day. The funny part is that it happens even today. However, I have this recipe of mine which is my ultimate savior. It gets prepared in just 7 minutes. Could there be anything in this world easier than this? Well, let me think – maybe a cucumber smoothie or an Oreo Smoothie. Whatever, who needs a smoothie when you got these cheesy Garlic breadsticks!
However, that brings me back to my next question which is calories. Yes! Calories are a concern for all of us. Therefore, I have this Keto Cheesy garlic breadsticks recipe which I think you are gonna like. However, I prefer sticking to this recipe of mine. Its way easier and a lot tastier.
Let’s Talk a bit about Taste
Every bite of this breadstick in underlined by cheesiness. On top of that, you get to taste the buttery, garlicky herbs all packed in a layer of crunchy, crusty, grilled bread. The addition of soo much cheese might make it a bit salty for some people. So, in that case, you can either use unsalted butter or reduce the quantity of extra salt that you add while preparing the garlic butter mixture.
Is this recipe Freezer Friendly?
Well, actually it is. Great news right! You can make this ahead of time and cover them with a plastic wrap and put them in the fridge. While you are about to eat, just take them out and toss them over some butter (or olive oil – if you don’t want extra calories) and have them. They would be just as cheesy as you’d expect them to be.
