    Carrot Wafer Cookies is a yummy wafer cookies perfect for Easter. It's an easy & quick Easter Treat recipe perfect for the crowd.

    Carrot Wafer Cookies

    This is just a simple wafer cookie which has been worn the look of a sweet little Easter Carrot using some candy melts. All you need for this recipe are some simple wafer cookies and some candy melts. Easy right! Wanna get on board with me and learn how to make it? Let's get to work below.

    All you got to do is just melt your candy melts - orange and green in this case as per the directions given on the package and then coat your wafer cookies with orange-colored candy melt.

    Then use a spoon to creatively drizzle green colored candy melts on the remaining part of the waffle.

    There you go, in just 5 minutes, you've made the world's cutest carrots ever.

    Now I'm gonna tell you how did I think about making thee sweet Easter treats. Last evening while the huger pangs were striking me, I was busy browsing my kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator for some quick & healthy snack.

    It is then that I saw two packs of sugar wafer cookies, sweetly tucked away in one corner of my refrigerator. Looking at those poor babies, I knew it was time to put them to use.

    I pulled them out from the drawer and within no time, what knew what I was going to do with them. I had chalked out a plan in my mind and was so ready to bring it into action.

    I know, I'm late for Easter but this recipe was something that was born out of my mind just to bring it out to you guys, and no matter how late, I had to bring it to you. So, here it goes, Cute Carrot Wafer Cookies recipe just for you. BTW, you can also call it your last minute Easter treat because it hardly takes time.

    • 1 Pack Sugar Waffle Cookies
    • 1 Pack candy melts orange & green
    FOLLOW RECIPE MAGIK ON PINTEREST

    Instructions

    • First, melt the candy as per the directions given on the package.
    • Coat half of your sugar waffle cookies with orange candy melt.
    • Use a spoon to carefully drizzle green candy melt on the remaining half of the sugar waffle cookies so as to resemble the leaves of your carrot.
    • Freeze this for 1 hour and take it out right before you're about to serve.
