In my home, there is a group of two. There is one group that loves Broccoli and there is another group that hates Broccoli. The one who hates Broccoli is so adamant about it that no matter what I make, they won't touch Broccoli. And, another group that includes me, is made over Broccoli. When we go shopping, the moment we see Broccoli we pick up as many as our hands can hold.

Broccoli has tremendous health benefits. But, as I said the ones who hate Broccoli don't care about its health benefits either. In short, Broccoli will always remain that veggie that shares a love/hate relationship with people.

Do you know any other veggie that shares such a love-hate relationship with people? Tell me in the comment box below!

🥘 Ingredients

  • Broccoli Florets
  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Seasoning: Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Milk
  • Shredded Cheddar

👩🏻‍🍳 How to Make Broccoli Lasagna Roll Ups?

  • Cook Lasagna: Cook your Lasagna noodles as per the package directions. When they are about to be done, throw in your broccoli florets so that they don't taste raw, bland, and crunchy later on.
  • Dry out Noodles: Scoop out the broccoli using a slotted spoon. And drain the water from your noodles. Place the noodles on a paper towel.
  • Make the filling: Preheat a pan lightly. Add Ricotta Cheese and Broccoli Florets. Stir well. Add in Garlic Powder, Salt, and Ground Black pepper. Stir well to combine and your filling is ready.
  • Make Cheese Sauce: Now you can always buy cheese sauce but I prefer making it at home. So, what you have to do is just combine cold milk with shredded cheddar cheese. (Remember - use Cold Milk). Stir well until the cheese blends in with the milk. And then add in some Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Stir well and your Cheese Sauce is ready. Pour some of the cheese sauce into your baking sheet.
  • Roll the Lasagna: Place the broccoli filling in your lasagna sheets. Roll them up from one end and place them on a baking sheet. Pour some more of the cheese sauce on the Lasagna rolls and add some more shredded cheddar cheese for that ooey-gooey texture and then put it to bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
