Snowman Cake Pops
Cute, fun, and incredibly easy Christmas treats made using store-bought cake, a little heavy cream, and melted white chocolate — then decorated with colorful candy melts to look like adorable mini snowmen. Perfect for gifting, parties, and festive munching!

INGREDIENTS
For the Cake Pop Base
- 1 (400–500 g) store-bought cake (vanilla, chocolate, or your choice)
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream (just enough to bind into a soft dough)
For Coating
- 2 cups white chocolate melts or white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (optional, helps thin the chocolate)
For Decorating
- ½ cup Red Candy Melts for scarves
- 2 tablespoon Orange candy melts (for carrot noses)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate candy melts (for eyes, mouth, and buttons)
- 12 wooden skewers or cake pop sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crumble the store-bought cake finely in a large mixing bowl.
- Add heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix until a soft, moldable dough forms.
- Roll 12 larger balls and 12 smaller balls.
- Place one small ball on top of one large ball and gently insert the skewer through both to secure
- Melt the white chocolate and optional oil until smooth.
- Dip each snowman into the melted white chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Melt red, orange, and dark chocolate candy melts separately.
- Pipe red scarves, orange noses, and dark chocolate eyes and buttons.
- Freeze for 10–15 minutes or until fully set.
- Serve, gift, or store chilled until ready to enjoy.
