INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
Melt peanut butter with maple syrup in the microwave. Pour this over the dry mixture and fold until combined.
Add the eggs, red gel food color, almond extract, vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Lightly fold until combined.
Transfer this to a 9x9" lined baking dish. Bake @350F for 25-30 min.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and serve.
