Grandma's Turkey Gravy Recipe is a thick, creamy, rich, and decadent side dish that you'll need for more than most of your Holiday dinner recipes. Just a 15-minute basic recipe that you'll want to drizzle over baked ham or turkey or potatoes.
Allow the drippings to deglaze over medium heat in a saucepan or skillet. Whisk 1 cup of Low Sodium Chicken Stock and remove large chunks of fat using a spoon.
Slowly whisk in cornstarch and stir well until there are no lumps. Season with Salt and Pepper as per taste. Pour in the remaining 1 cup of Chicken Stock and stir well. Simmer over low heat until the turkey gravy thickens.
