Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl or shake everything in a closed jar. Use it in your favorite recipe or store for up to 1 year.
To Use
Use 2 tablespoons of Taco Seasoning for 1 pound of ground beef or ground chicken. (you can also add diced onions and celery). Brown meat until completely cooked.
Add ½ cup of water and simmer until water is completely absorbed.
