Crock Pot Salsa Verde Chicken is one of the easiest Chicken recipes for Dinner where you literally just have to add everything in the slow cooker and forget about it for like next 6 hours. And, after 6 hours you have the MOST delicious recipe waiting for you.

1can (4 oz)mild green chiliesdrained

For Tacos
126-inchwarm flour tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
Add Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in the your 3.5 quart or 6 quart slow cooker. Pour Salsa Verde and stir well to coat each chicken completely in the sauce.
Add everything else and stir lightly. Cover with a glass lid. Cook in your crock pot on Low for 6 hours or on High for 3 hours. I recommend cooking on low for best taste.
Once done, remove chicken from slow cooker and bring it to a cutting board. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Shred chicken using two forks. Return to Slow Cooker. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and lime wedges. Serve right away in warm flour tortillas with fresh coleslaw.
