These healthy High Protein Pop Tarts filled with dark chocolate will be your favorite post-workout dessert. It's super fudgy, chocolaty, and so delicious.
3tablespoonUnsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips10gm or 1oz
1cupMilk Chocolate sugar free 42.5gm ot 1.5oz
Sprinklersfor decoration on top

INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 9x8" baking dish with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
Combine Coconut Flour, Oats Flour, Chocolate Protein Powder, Yogurt & Peanut butter to make a soft dough
Lightly dust the surface and roll the dough. Top the dough with a sheet of parchment paper for easy rolling. Roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Trim the extra edges. Cut the dough into four equal halves, horizontally and vertically.
Add melted dark chocolate and chocolate tips over one half. Carefully top with the other half. Prick the sides using a fork.
Bake these chocolate pop tarts for 15-20 min.
Melt Milk Chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Add the melted milk chocolate and sprinklers over the baked pop tarts.
Refrigerate these pop tarts for 20-23 min. Serve.
