INGREDIENTS

Brownies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ap flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Mint Frosting:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2½ cup confectioners sugar
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 drop green gel food color
  • pinch of salt

Decoration:

  • 12 mini Reese's cups
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • Green sprinkles (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely for 30 min
  • Beat softened butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, extract, salt, and cream. Mix in green food coloring.
  • Spread frosting on cooled brownies using an offset spatula. Place Reese's cups on top.
  • Melt white chocolate and pipe football laces on Reese's cups and yard lines across frosting.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
