Easy and Comforting Fall Chia Pudding recipes are super comforting and bursting with festive fall flavors in every bite. Make it for a quick breakfast or a great no-bake dessert.
Add Chia seeds along with Coconut milk in a jar. Add sugar-free sweetener of your choice along with vanilla extract. Stir to combine everything.
Add Pumpkin Puree to it along with Pumpkin Pie spice and stir to combine.
Top with Pecan nuts. Cover & refrigerate until you serve. Serve with a dollop of Coconut Cream on top.
Apple Pie Chia Pudding
Melt unsalted butter in a skillet. Add chopped apples to it and cook over medium low heat for 2 min. Add sugar free sweetner to it and cook for 2-3 min.
Add Chia Seeds along with Coconut Milk in a jar. Add sugar free sweetener of your choice along with Vanilla Extract. Stir and combine everything.
Add the Apple Pie filling to it along with Apple Pie Spice. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours at least.
Top with chopped Walnuts and Coconut Cream on top and serve.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
Add Chia Seeds and Coconut Milk in a jar. Stir to combine. Also, add the sugar-free sweetener, vanilla extract, and Cocoa Powder to it. Stir and mix everything.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with Chocolate Chips and chopped Hazelnuts. Serve.
