Add the Chicken Broth, Heavy Whipping Cream, Cream Cheese, cubed Butter, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt & Pepper & Chicken Breast into the Crockpot.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
Remove the Chicken Breasts and shred them using two forks. Add the Shredded Chicken, cooked & drained Pasta, and Shredded Parmesan Cheese into the crockpot. Toss to combine everything.
Keep warm until you serve. Garnish with chopped Parsley
