INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Line it with an organic parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at 30-second increments. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Add ground oats, flaky sea salt, baking powder, dutch cocoa powder, whey protein powder, eggs, and pure vanilla extract to melted chocolate and whisk lightly until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Top with dark chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs at the center.
Allow the brownie to cool down completely at room temperature. Cut in squares using a plastic knife. Enjoy with more hazelnuts on top.
Notes
I have used Vanilla Flavored Whey Protein Powder to get the best whey protein. However, you can replace it with chocolate or Almond flavored whey protein.
