Cook the Pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Chop the Chicken Breasts into 1" cubes. Combine Cornstarch with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt & Pepper.
Crack and whisk two large eggs. Add the Panko Breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Coat the Chicken Breasts. First with the Cornstarch mixture, then with the egg mixture and then with the breadcrumbs mixture.
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet and as the oil shimmers add the chicken. Cook for 10 min until they get crispy.
Add the cooked pasta in a casserole dish. Top with crispy chicken. Pour Marinara sauce over it. Top with shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese. Bake @350F or 180C for 15 min.
Once it gets baked, serve.
