INSTRUCTIONS
Cook Quinoa
Rinse quinoa in a siever under running water until the water runs clear.
Transfer quinoa to a medium pot. Add water and bring it to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let it sit covered for another 10 minutes. Fluff using a fork.
Make Guacamole
Follow the

and make it in minutes.
Combine
Combine Guacamole with cooked quinoa. Give it a good stir. Squeeze in fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve.
