½cupThick Greek Plain Yogurt
¼cupHeavy Cream
1teaspoonLime Juice
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonGround Black Pepper
¼cupCilantrochopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the chicken pieces with all the spices and Avocado Oil. Mix with your hands and let it rest, covered on the counter for about 10 minutes.
After 5 minutes, heat some Canola Oil in a grill pan and grill the chicken pieces, until it gets charred on both sides. It'll take about 3 minutes to get your chicken done.
Toast the Taco shells until they get charred on both sides.
Make the crema by combining Yogurt and Heavy cream until well combined. Add the Cilantro, Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper and mix well.
Fill the Taco shells with cabbage, red onions, Pineapple chunks, and Chicken pieces. Top with the Crema, Chopped Cilantro, and some more Lime Juice. Enjoy!

Notes
You can replace the Yogurt Crema with Avocado Crema. Scoop out the Avocado, by removing the pit, Add some Yogurt or Sour cream and heavy cream to it. Combine it well until its creamy and mushy. Add some Lime juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
