Wet Ingredients
½teaspoonApple Cider Vinegar
½cupWhole Milk
½teaspoonThick Greek Yogurt
2tablespoonMaple Syrup
½cupDark Brown Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your Oven to 375°F or 190°C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Add all the dry ingredients (except Apples and Pecan) in the bowl and whisk well.
Add the wet ingredients along with Chopped Apples & Pecan Nuts and mix well.
Pour the Muffin Batter in the lined Muffin tin. Top with Pecan Nuts. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool it down and glaze it with some more Maple Syrup and serve

If you're making with Eggs, skip the Yogurt and add 1 whole Egg at room temperature along with the wet ingredients.
