Here's the Easiest & tastiest White Chocolate Mint Fudge Recipe! Loaded with butter, mint and white chocolate, this moist, creamy and soft fudge recipe is perfect for St. Patrick's Day.
Melt the above quantity of White Chocolate in the Microwave for at least 3 Minutes.
Take out your White Chocolate and stir it with a spatula.
Now, it's time to pour in condensed milk into the melted white chocolate. Once you have added condensed milk, it's time to stir your mixture vigorously.
Now, just add 1/4 teaspoon of green-food color and Mint essence into your mixture and stir it vigorously. Don't allow chocolate to stick to the bottom of the bowl.
Grease Non-stick baking tray/loaf pan [20*11.5*6 cm (L*W*H) or 8 inch baking tray] with butter or oil.
Wrap up the inside with parchment paper.
Now evenly pour your minty green chocolate mixture into the baking try. Go Slow and evenly distribute the mixture.
Now let it cool down at room temperature for 5 minutes and then refrigerate it for another 2 hours.
Take out your fudge from the fridge and place it upside down on a clean and dry plate.
Tap the back of the baking tray and your fudge will fall off on the plate.
Now start from one end and slowly take out the parchment paper.
Now, turn it upside down and you have a splendid white chocolate mint fudge ready in front of you.
Finally, just cut out even squares. I recommend greasing your knife with butter before you cut the squares. And, your Fudges are ready.
