Warm Pear Cranberry Cobbler is a warm and comforting fall dessert recipe that is best enjoyed with a group. Make it during festivals and people are gonna love it.
Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C and prepare an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, Mix Pear, cranberry, brown sugar, grated ginger, lime juice, ground cinnamon, and whole wheat flour with a spatula. Pour them in the baking dish greased with cooking spray or butter.
In another medium-sized bowl mix whole wheat flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, kosher salt, and cold butter until you form a mealy consistency. TIP: If it feels too dry then you can add a little milk or buttermilk as well.
Sprinkle the cobbler topping on the filling and spread it out using a spatula or back of a spoon.
Bake it at 350°F or 180°C for 4-45 minutes or until the crumb is lightly golden brown and the filling is bubbling hot.
Serve this warm with some ice cream on top. Enjoy!
