In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder, red chili flakes, oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything well. Add Milk, cauliflower florets, jalapeño, chopped cilantro and lemon juice. Mix well.
Heat about 1/4 Cup Oil in a large skillet. Drop tablespoon size of cauliflower fritter batter in oil for frying. Fry each side for 4-5 minutes on low flame until lightly golden brown and crisp. Allow them to cool down on a wire rack.
Mix all the ingredients for aioli until smooth. Serve your fritters with aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
