In a mixing bowl combine melted butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and black food color. Beat it with a handheld mixer or whisk until well combined.
Sieve and add flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder into your wet mixture. Combine everything well using a rubber or a silicone spatula. Chill the dough for 5 minutes in the freezer after covering it with a plastic wrap.
Get the chilled cookie dough out. Make small cookie balls and place them on a lined baking tray. I have used a 9x11 baking tray. You can use any cookie baking tray or even a non-stick Silpat if you want.Bake these cookies for 11 minutes at 350°F OR 180°C. Press the cookie with a spatula to flatten it out. Cool it down before you insert the candy eyeballs.
