Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
First mix butter and sugar with a stand mixer or handheld mixture until it is light, fluffy and creamy. Add Blueberry Jam and mix it in.
Into the same bowl add All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Cornstarch. Mix them well with a rubber spatula. Do not over mix. Add some milk and make the cookie dough. It should not stick to your hands. Yet it should be soft, and moist.
Now add Blueberries and White Chocolate Chips to the batter and mix it well. Do not over mix.
Chill the dough in the freezer covered with a plastic wrap for 5-10 minutes. After that let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes and then pop it into the oven.
Bake your cookies at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes or until the sides are brown.
Let them sit at room temperature for some time before transferring to the wire rack.Once cooled, enjoy with a glass of milk.
