Honey Garlic Salmon is an easy salmon recipe that has a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The beautiful combination of Soy Sauce along with Honey and minced garlic gives this dish a beautiful texture. Its best enjoyed with some rice.
Marinate Salmon with Salt, Black Pepper, and, Cayenne pepper.
In another bowl mix minced garlic with honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
Add some butter and olive oil into a pan. Add the sauce you've prepared and cook it until hot and bubbling at low flame.
Add the salmon pieces (skin side down) and sear it until brown from both sides basting the salmon fillets with sauce from the pan. Cook them at medium heat covered with a lid or any utensil for 5-6 minutes at medium heat. Flip it over and sear the other side as well.
Serve it on a plate along with rice. Add the sauce on the fishes and decorate with some freshly chopped parsley or green onion or some sesame seeds.
