1tablespoonDijon Mustardor Yellow mustard
3tablespoonTomato KetchupSugar Free
1+½CupMozzarella Cheeseshredded (200gms)

INSTRUCTIONS
First, preheat your oven to 350°F or 177°C. Grease a 9x9 inch baking tray with some olive oil or cooking spray.
Cooking the Ground Beef
In a Pan heat some Olive Oil and add the ground beef. Cook the Ground Beef until it turns dark brown. Add chopped Onions and Garlic and cook until they are soft. Add salt and pepper and cook on low flame until the onions are soft.
Turn off the flame and to the cooking meat add Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well and add 50% of the cheese to it.
Pour this into the greased baking tray and top with shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake at 350°F OR 180°C for 16-17 minutes or until the cheese on top has melted and formed a white layer.
