Cook your Penne Pasta over a pan of boiling water until they are soft but firm.
Add some olive oil into a pan. Into that add few cloves of chopped garlic. Stir them until lightly brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir until it's mushy and soft. Also, add some smoked paprika and some salt at this stage.
Once the tomatoes are nicely done and you can see oil oozing out from the side add some tomato paste, some chopped basil leaves, and cooked penne pasta.
Add some shredded parmesan cheese and some crushed dried basil. Serve!
