grated (can use 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder)

INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender add chopped Cucumber.
Next add the grated Ginger, chopped Mint Leaves, Flax Seeds, Lemon Juice, and Geek Yogurt.
Finally, add salt and pepper and blend it to a smooth green smoothie. Serve with some ice cubes and a mint leaf on top.

You can skip out on Yogurt and use Coconut Cream
This is also like a flush drink which you can have after a party or after you've had something heavy for dinner.
This drink will help in digestion and is also really refreshing!
You can add Spinach and Pineapple to this smoothie to make it even yummier.
You can add Watermelon to this as well.
You can add Green Apple to this as well.
