Crunchy, Chewy, and Buttery Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies are a perfect fall cookies recipe. This Crispy and Buttery Apple, Cinnamon, and Oatmeal Cookies are surely the cookies version of our favorite and comforting apple pies.
Preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and keep aside
Cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy. To it add all other wet ingredients - milk, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Cornstarch, and Vanilla Essence. Mix everything together using a spoon or spatula.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Make cookie dough balls and place them in the baking tray.
Bake at 350 F or 180 C for 15 minutes or until the cookies turn slightly brown from the sides. Serve when cooled to touch.

If you want moist cookies to add more milk and bake cookies for a longer time.
