This is a sweet and savory honey soy salmon recipe cooked with freshly pan-seared salmon smeared in a Honey Garlic and soy sauce makes for a perfect dinner when had with rice.

INSTRUCTIONS
For the Sauce
In a mixing bowl take soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir them well and keep aside.
Coat the fishes with salt and marinate them with the sauce you have made. Rest them covered with a lid for 30-minutes in a fridge.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet. In to it add chopped garlic and allow them to get slightly burnt.
Add the diced onions and stir well.
Add the Marinated fishes in oil and fry them for two minutes each side on a medium flame.
Pour the Sauce over the fishes.
Serve it on a plate. Top it with the sauce, sesame seeds, green chilies, and fresh cilantro.

Do not over fry the Salmon.
Adjust the sweetness and salt level as per your taste.
