Mix Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt in a bowl. Grate Cold Butter and mix it in. Do not overwork. Knead lightly.
In another medium-sized bowl add egg, heavy whipping cream, Brown Sugar, and vanilla essence. Mix well. Drizzle this over the dry ingredients.
Add Chocolate Chips and Mashed Banana. Mix well.
Flour your surface and keep the dough on the surface. Pull everything together. Don't over knead the dough. Flatten it out to at least 8" round with your hands or a rolling pin.
Use a butter knife or a pastry cutter or a cookie cutter to cut out any shape you want. Keep them in the fridge covered for about 15 minutes.
Apply some heavy whipping cream or milk over the scones and sprinkle some coarse sugar over them.
Bake at 180C or 350F for 20-minutes. Let them cool down.
For the Glaze
Mix heavy whipping cream, icing sugar, and vanilla essence and glaze it over your scones.
