Pre-heat oven to 350F or 180C and grease a non-stick metallic baking loaf tin (5" rectangular) with cooking spray. Line it with a parchment paper.
Cream Butter /oil and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy. Add Egg or (Yogurt and Vinegar) along with Orange Juice, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Orange Essence. Mix well.
Add AP Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Orange Zest, and Cardamom Pods. Mix well.
Pour the batter in a baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180C or 350F for 40-minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.

If you feel you need more Orange flavor, just add some more Orange juice in your batter.
Check your loaf tin. If its a non-stick metallic one like mine then you need to bake for about 35-40 minutes. But for ceramic pan the time will be different. Check after 30-minutes with a toothpick inserted at the center. If it comes out clean then it is done.
