½teaspoonLight Soy Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepping the Bell Pepper
Cut the crown of the bell pepper. De-seed it and remove the veins. Brush with oil on all sides. Put in a large baking tray and bake for 5-minutes at full power. After 5-minutes get them out and allow them to cool down.
Lo-Mein Noodles
Cook Ramen as per package instructions along with chopped veggies.
Make Lo-Mein Sauce and pour in the ramen. Stir well and keep aside.
Stuffing the Bell Pepper
Cool Down the noodles and stuff it in the bell peppers. Press it firmly with your finger and fill in tightly. Top with Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake at 180C OR 350F for 6-8 minutes.

Notes
Stuff the bell peppers with as much lo-mein as possible. And, push it in. When you push it in then they will stand erect. Or else they might fall on the baking tray.
