Banana Mousse Tarts is an easy Banana dessert recipe. Homemade Eggless Tart shells made in the Muffin tin is filled with creamy Banana Mousse and topped with cherries.
Mix oil and brown sugar together using a handheld mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the flour, Yogurt and Vanilla Essence to it and mix with a spoon until crumbly.
Make a soft dough using your hand and allow it to chill for at least an hour.
Dust flour on your board and roll out the dough. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and place them in the Muffin tin. Use the back of a glass to push it in. Take a fork and make small holes at the bottom.
Bake the Tart shells for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or 350 F. Allow them to cool down before you carefully get them out.
For Banana Mousse
In a mixing bowl, cream two ripe bananas with heavy cream and honey. Mix into a smooth and creamy Mousse and keep aside.
For the Banana Mousse Tart
After you've got the Tart shells out, spoon the Banana Mousse into the shells.
Refrigerate it for at least an hour and then top with some cherries. Serve chilled.

Notes
If you have a tart mould at home then you can get pastry dough from the market and cut it out with a cookie cutter and bake them to make your tart shells.
Once your tart shells are ready you can fill it with anything. Banana Mousse, Banana Chocolate Mousse, Nutella, Custard, anything you love.
