INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a 7" Cake Tin with parchment paper
Beat Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy with a stand-mixer or hand-held mixer. Add Yogurt, vinegar, vanilla essence and mashed bananas. Mix well.
In a separate medium-sized bowl mix sifted AP Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and lightly fold them into your wet ingredients.
Make the streusel by mixing the flour, butter, brown sugar, walnut, and Cinnamon until crumbly.
Pour half of the cake batter into the lined cake tin, top with some streusel and then repeat.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F or 180 C or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Notes
We can replace the Yogurt with sour cream in equal quantity.
If using Egg, then donot use Yogurt & Vinegar. Just replace it with 1 whole Egg.
For streusel I have used Walnuts. You can relace it with Pecans, Chocolate Chips or Toasted Coconuts
In case your Bananas are not ripe, pop them in the oven for 2 minutes to get it black from outside and full of flavors from inside.
