INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the Rigatoni with some salt and oil for 5-10 minutes. Take it out in a colander and wash under cold water. Keep aside.
Next, heat butter and Olive oil. Add chopped Garlic, Onions, Bay leaf, Fennel seeds, Tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
Add the ground beef to it and cook until it turns brown. Add the Marinara sauce to it along with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
Add the cooked pasta to the meat and mix well. Also, add some grated Parmesan to it.
Season your Pasta with some dried basil, oregano, red chili flakes. Check for salt and pepper and adjust it as per your taste. Serve it hot.
