Oats Chocolate Chip Cookies is an easy cookies recipe to stock up your cookies stock at home. Made with rolled Oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips, I'm sure you'll love to make these cookies all year long!
Preheat the oven to 360F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper
Prepare the wet ingredients by mixing oil and brown sugar.
Sieve the dry ingredients - flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour into the wet ingredients.
Add the yogurt, vinegar and chocolate chips and make your cookie dough
Scoop out cookie balls and place them on the baking tray. Bake your cookies for 15 minutes. Allow them to be in the oven for an additional 5 minutes and then take them out.
