Easy Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Tomatoes is a healthy, low carb salad which is super easy to make. This is so full of flavors and serves as a perfect appetizer or side salad.
Cook the Shrimps with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper in a skillet. Heat Olive oil in the skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the Shrimps. Add salt and pepper. Toss to combine and cook over medium high heat for 5 min.Once the Shrimps gets cooked, chop the Shrimps.
Combine all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a mixing jar. Pour over the salad. Toss to combine. Refrigerate until you serve
