Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking dish with Parchment Paper.
Add Dark Chocolate and Melted Butter in a mixing bowl. Melt in the microwave and whisk until combined.
Combine the Chocolate mix with Flour, Cocoa Powder and Salt. Add the Eggs, Vanilla Extract and Brown Sugar. Whisk until combined.
Add this to the baking dish. Bake for 30 min. After it gets baked allow the Brownie to cool down. Cut into squares.
Make red frosting by combining Red food Color, Icing Sugar and Milk. Beat until combined. Take in a piping bag and frost the brownies. Top the side with fresh Blueberries. Serve.
