Split open the Oreos and scoop out the cream with the help of a butter knife or spoon. Keep them aside.
Crush the Oreos and divide it into two equal parts and keep just 2 teaspoon grounded oreo for the final chocolate ganache glaze.
Add milk to the two parts of Oreos
Stir well until smooth, chocolaty and creamy.
Prepare a water bath and grease a small cake tin with oil/butter/cooking spray. Line it with parchment paper. Add one part of your cake batter into the tin and steam it in the water bath for exactly 5-minutes.
Now take it out from the water bath and apply your oreo cream all over the cake and add the remaining half of the cake batter. Steam it for exactly 10-minutes. Again.
Prepare chocolate ganache with the remaining Oreo mix and milk. Pour it over your chocolate cake. [OPTIONAL - Decorate with sugar powder and cherries]
